Harmonize (“the App”) handles user information only to the extent necessary to provide its ear training features.
1. Information Stored by the App
The App mainly stores the following information on the user’s device:
- Tutorial display status
- Purchase status for ad removal
- App settings such as note naming, reference pitch, tone selection, and sound effects
- Player selection and other progress-related settings
This information is used to operate the App and restore user settings, and is typically stored locally on the device.
2. Information the App Does Not Directly Collect
The App does not require account registration and does not directly collect personal information such as your name, address, phone number, or email address within the App.
In the current version, the App also does not use the microphone, camera, location services, contacts, or photo library.
3. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services for advertising.
- Google AdMob
Advertising providers may automatically collect information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, and usage data for ad delivery, ad measurement, fraud prevention, and related purposes. Such information is handled in accordance with the privacy policies of those providers.
When necessary, the App may display the iOS tracking permission prompt. Even if permission is denied, the core features of the App remain available.
4. In-App Purchases
The App may offer an in-app purchase to remove ads.
Payment processing and purchase history management are handled through Apple’s App Store / StoreKit. The developer does not directly collect or store payment information such as credit card details.
5. Purposes of Use
Stored or otherwise handled information is used for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain the App and its settings
- To deliver and optimize advertisements
- To verify and restore paid features
- To respond to issues, improve quality, and prevent misuse
6. Deletion of Information
Information stored locally by the App may be deleted from the device when the App is removed.
For information managed by third-party providers such as advertising services or Apple, please refer to each provider’s own procedures and policies.
7. Use by Minors
If a minor uses the App, parental or guardian consent should be obtained where necessary.
8. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated without prior notice in response to legal changes or changes to the App’s features. If any important change is made, it will be communicated by an appropriate method.
