Hado Hysteric Oscillator (“the App”) handles user information only to the extent necessary to provide its oscillator features, waveform display, and in-app purchases.
1. Information Stored on Your Device
The App may store the following information locally on your device:
- Parameter settings such as volume, frequency, panning, LPF, and AM / FM
- Settings saved as presets
- Full Version purchase status This information is used solely to operate the App, save your settings, and confirm purchase status. It is stored only on your device.
2. Information the App Does Not Directly Collect
The App does not require account registration and does not directly collect personal information such as your name, address, phone number, or email address.
The App does not access your microphone, camera, photo library, or contacts.
3. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, and in-app purchases. Each service collects and processes information according to its own privacy policy.
Firebase Analytics (Usage Analysis)
To understand how the App is used and improve its quality, Firebase Analytics collects information such as screen transitions, tap events, session data, device model, OS version, and country/region. No personally identifiable information is included in the collected data.
Firebase Crashlytics (Crash Reporting)
To detect and diagnose crashes and bugs, Firebase Crashlytics collects information such as stack traces, device model, OS version, and app version at the time of a crash.
Apple App Store / StoreKit (In-App Purchases)
All in-app purchase transactions are processed through Apple. The developer does not directly collect or store payment information such as credit card details.
4. In-App Purchases
The App offers in-app purchases for features such as two-channel oscillator use and preset saving. Payment processing and purchase history are managed through Apple’s App Store / StoreKit.
Purchase verification and restoration are based on your Apple ID and StoreKit. When reinstalling the app or switching devices, use the same Apple ID and use the App Store purchase history or the restore option within the App.
5. Purposes of Use
Stored or otherwise handled information is used only for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain the App and save your settings
- To provide presets, two-channel features, and related functionality
- To verify and restore paid features
- To analyze crashes, address issues, and improve app quality
6. Deletion of Information
Information stored locally by the App will be removed from your device when the App is deleted. For information managed by third-party services, please refer to each provider’s privacy policy and support resources.
7. Use by Minors
If a minor uses the App, parental or guardian consent should be obtained where necessary.
8. Volume Safety
This App generates audio tones. When using earphones, headphones, external speakers, or amplifiers, always start at a low volume. Prolonged exposure to loud tones or certain frequencies may affect your hearing or connected equipment.
9. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated without prior notice in response to legal changes or updates to the App’s features. Any important changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel.
